Sleep is perhaps the most fundamental and critical Foundation of Health. Lack of sleep is a primary driver of physical and emotional dysregulation in everyone. If you or someone you love has difficulty attaining quality, rejuvenating sleep, we CAN help. There are a number of causes that need to be addressed such as hormones, brainwaves, blood sugar, medication side-effects, circadian rhythm blockers in your bedroom, poor nutrition, and a genetic predisposition to create a biochemical imbalance, to name just a few.
Missing out on consistent, quality, deep sleep can create a host of problems ranging from poor performance, a weakened immune system, irritability, weight gain, low self-esteem/confidence, to anxiety and depression. There are a host poor performance and ill effects throughout the entire mind-body system when the brain is not allowed to rest and repair itself.
No matter the cause, we often end up creating a habitual pattern in the brain of “how not to sleep.” A healthy, balanced and properly regulated nervous system will produce the appropriate brain waves at the appropriate levels and at the appropriate time for any given situation. When your brain cannot do this, it is inflexible and may have Neurological Dysregulation Syndrome. We can help balance your brainwaves and thereby improve the quality of your life.
The brain can easily learn to better regulate itself into making the proper amount of slow delta, theta, alpha and less fast beta waves so you can feel wonderful sleep again without the use of addictive medications through neuromodulation such as neurofeedback or iLS therapies or balancing chemistry through True Cellular Detox or Nutrient Therapy.
